It is a well known fact that the world's supply of resources is constrained. Slowing economic activity will allow conditions in commodity markets to ease in the near term but, as economies recover and demand picks up, we expect to see higher food and energy prices. Newton's Earth matters and energy supply themes have been critical in guiding our investment strategy in the resource sectors.
