2. Are there any circumstances where the plan may fail to pay back at least 100% of the initial invested capital?
The Capital Protection is provided by a leading investment bank. Whilst all efforts have been made to identify a high quality financial institution to provide the protection, should this institution fail during the life of the Plan, it may be unable to meet its commitment. In such circumstances you may lose all or part of your investment.

This investment is for a fixed 5 year term. You may sell this investment within the 5 year term but in this event the Capital Protection facility does not apply and you may not get back the original amount invested. A charge may be levied on redemptions.
